Founding Partners · a cohort of ten
Experienced practices, skeptical by profession, willing to run Nalo in parallel on real books and judge every disagreement themselves. The bookkeepers who check the work are exactly the ones whose word will eventually mean something — which is why the cohort is small, the evaluation is free, and being named is entirely their call.
Run Nalo in parallel on one or two clients while your normal process continues. Compare every disagreement. Where you are right and it is wrong, you have measured us honestly. Where it says "not sure," it is showing you the one behavior that makes AI safe around books. You pay nothing while you judge.
Founding partners are grandfathered at $85 per client per month once they convert — the rate everyone else earns only past their 24th client, held for you permanently. The standard rate is $100. Founding means the discount does not expire.
As the partner directory launches, founding partners get a featured practice profile on nalo.app — visible to the business owners who find us searching for AI-era bookkeeping. Being named is opt-in, after you are convinced. We want testimony that is volunteered, because required testimony is worthless.
Our product decisions already run on working bookkeepers’ answers — the review workflow, the evidence-first design, and the comparison view exist because practitioners told us what would earn trust. Founding partners talk directly to the people building it, and it shows up in the product within days, not quarters.
Bring one or two real clients (with whatever anonymization your engagement requires) and run the parallel month honestly.
Tell us the truth about the disagreements — especially where we lose.
That is the whole ask. No migration, no QuickBooks Online subscription, no commitment beyond the month you already judged.
Nalo today runs cash-basis, bank-feed books: categorization with the evidence shown, a review queue for everything uncertain, deterministic checks, receipts, month-close verification, and accountant exports. Full balance sheet support is in active development. If that scope does not fit your practice yet, we would rather say so here than after you have spent an evaluation month finding out.
Tell us about your practice. We read every request ourselves, and if you would rather tell us what is wrong with this whole idea, that is genuinely useful too.
